We would like to introduce a case where Elma's forklift batteries were implemented in vehicles with a conventional lifespan exceeding 5 years, used in a major bed manufacturer’s factory, resulting in battery regeneration. The forklift that was replaced is a "Toyota Counter 1.5t 48V VSDX400M," and the situation at the time of installation involved a single cell short circuit replacement. The lifespan extension achieved after installation was 1.8 times. The product design lifespan is over 15 years, and it can be reused repeatedly through reinstallation. By measuring the battery results and hearing about the operational conditions, the extendable period can be roughly estimated.
